  • Where are you located? Our dessert shop is at 647 2nd Avenue New York, NY 10016 between 35th and 36th St. We are easily accessible by the 6 train.
  • How may I place an order? Our products are now available for purchase at our Murray Hill location Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
  • What if I have a large order? We will do our best to accommodate any special or large orders. We recommend you place your order at least 3 days in advance if possible. Please email info@bakersrecovery.com with the details.
  • Can I customize my order? Our team will do our best to accommodate your requests. Contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com with any customization requests.
  • Are your products gluten-free or nut-free? We have gluten-free and vegan options. However, we produce our products on-site, so food prepared here may contain or come in contact with the following ingredients: wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com for more information.
  • What if I have food allergies? Note we produce our products on-site and, while we follow industry standards, there is a chance of cross-contamination. Please contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com so we may better understand your restrictions.
  • Do you offer catering options? Yes! Contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com with your event details and and we will respond within 1-3 business days.
  • Do you sell gift cards? Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase at our 647 2nd Avenue store location.
  • How do I use my gift card? Redeem your gift card during checkout by displaying your email or text.
  • What is your refund policy? Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the order has been accepted will not be honored. You may qualify for a percentage of store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the item is determined to not meet our standards. You must email or call within 24 hours of purchase to let us know of the issue along with a photo and/or return of the items. Quality determination is at the discretion of Baker’s Recovery. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for items that have already been consumed. The percentage of store credit honored is based on how quickly the item is returned, how much is consumed, and what Baker’s Recovery determines the quality to be.
  • What if there is a problem with my order? We strive to satisfy our customers! If there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com. 
  • What if I have to cancel my order? Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the purchase. Email info@bakersrecovery.com with any cancellation requests.
  • What if I place an order for the wrong date? Refunds requested due to ordering for the wrong day when the order has already been made will not be honored. Please contact us if you need any changes made to your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • What if I fail to pick up my order? Refunds requested due to the customer’s failure to pick up will not be honored. We will hold the order for one additional business day after the scheduled pick up date as these items cannot be resold and have to be discarded.
