  • How quickly is my order processed? Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days excluding holidays and you will receive shipping confirmation via email. If you need products immediately, email info@bakersrecovery.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Note orders received after 2PM ET will be processed the following business day. Due to high volumes and increased safety measures for COVID-19, many delivery service providers are experiencing delays. We appreciate your patience!
  • How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend you place your order at least 48 hours in advance. Note orders take approximately 1-4 business days to process.
  • What if I have a specific date I'd like my order to be delivered? We try to accommodate special requests when possible. Please include a note during checkout in Special Instructions if you have any specific requests and we will follow up with you via email.
  • What are your shipping rates and how long does shipping take? Shipping is typically one business day via UPS but our shipping partners have been experiencing some delays due to COVID-19. We appreciate your patience!
  • Where can I ship products? To maintain freshness and quality, we currently only ship to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington DC, Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are working on shipping to the west coast. Stay tuned! If you would like to request shipping to an area not listed here, email us at info@bakersrecovery.com and we may be able to ship at an additional cost.
  • How long will products last? Product shelf life varies by product. Note our cheesecake truffles and lemon/lime squares require refrigeration and refrigeration may be recommended for other products (noted in the product descriptions). Email info@bakersrecovery.com for more information.
  • When will I receive my order? Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact time but provide shipping tracking IDs so you can see your package progress.
  • Can I customize my order? Our team will do our best to accommodate your requests. Contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com with any customization requests.
  • Are your products gluten-free or nut-free? All products contain gluten, nuts or were made in a facility where these ingredients were present. Contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com for more information.
  • Do you offer catering options? Yes! Contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com with your event details and and we will respond within 1-3 business days.
  • Do you sell gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available here.
  • How do I use my gift card? Redeem your gift card during checkout using your card ID.
  • What if I have to cancel my order? Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the purchase. Email info@bakersrecovery.com with any cancellation requests.
  • What if there is a problem with my order? We strive to satisfy our customers! If there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@bakersrecovery.com. Note we may not be able to issue refunds for shipping delays due to package refusal, inclement weather or incorrect delivery addresses.
